service

domainposture.com is provided as-is, without warranty. tools are best-effort and may be inaccurate, rate-limited, or temporarily unavailable.

acceptable use

by using domainposture.com you agree not to misuse the service — no automated scraping that overloads our infrastructure, no attempts at unauthorized access, no distribution of harmful software, and no use for unlawful purposes.

intellectual property

site code, design, and branding are the intellectual property of hikmah technologies. tool outputs computed from your inputs belong to you.

refunds & guarantee

paid domain audit reports carry a signed-or-refunded guarantee: if your report doesn't verify against our public key, or it isn't accepted where you needed it, reply to the delivery email within 30 days for a full refund. you keep the report. if a check still fails after retries, the report flags it as inconclusive rather than presenting a finding, and the order is partially refunded.

subscriptions

subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly via stripe, depending on the plan you pick. cancel anytime from the console or by contacting us; cancellation stops future billing. reports already delivered remain yours and stay verifiable.

seller of record

domainposture.com is operated by hikmah technologies, but the entity you contract with for a given purchase is the one that takes the payment:

• orders paid through stripe — everything outside india, and every subscription — are sold by The Media Inc LLC (United Arab Emirates), trn 104521827600003.
• orders paid through razorpay — indian buyers — are sold by Hikmah Technologies (India), gstin 27AHDPA9121G1ZQ.

your invoice names the selling entity for that order, and it is the entity that handles any refund under the guarantee above.

limitation of liability

neither hikmah technologies nor The Media Inc LLC is liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of domainposture.com.

eligibility

you must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to contract in your jurisdiction to use domainposture.com.

termination

we may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these terms or the parent policy.

changes

these terms may change. continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
